Job summary
Sotera Health is seeking an experienced Network Architect & Team Lead to define and implement the global enterprise network strategy. You will design LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and security controls while leading a team of network engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant infrastructure.
You will mentor staff, drive roadmaps, manage vendor relationships, and partner with IT leadership to align architecture with business goals.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of hands-on experience supporting complex enterprise networks.
- Proven experience leading technical teams or projects.
- Deep understanding of network devices including switching, routing, firewalls, SD-WAN, and wireless systems.
- Strong grasp of network architecture concepts and standards for design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and document enterprise network architectures including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and wireless systems.
- Develop network standards, reference architectures, and strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies for scalability and security.
- Provide technical supervision and mentorship to the network team and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Oversee upgrades, patches, changes, and network project delivery in line with IT processes.
