Job summary

Crown is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to design, implement, and support our LAN, WAN and VOIP infrastructure across our global operations. You will monitor performance, maintain documentation, and ensure connectivity, security, and reliability for our business.

Responsibilities include planning and configuring routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and servers using Cisco technologies, conducting audits, and collaborating with cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• CCNA certification required; CCNP preferred.
• 3-5 years in network administration or engineering.
• Experience with Cisco technologies and Palo Alto firewalls is a plus.
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network performance and availability.
• Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN and VOIP infrastructure.
• Plan, install, and configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs.
• Provide technical support and resolve network issues.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and audits.
• Support global network operations and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on security protocols.
