participation in international negotiations, drafting briefing materials, and ensuring logistical support for delegations. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has 4–6 years in a related field, and demonstrates strong interagency coordination, regulatory insight, and

Qualifications

• Active security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4–6 years’ experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of international narcotics, law enforcement, or related programs.
• Knowledge of Federal policies and procedures, and budget processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Experience drafting US government reports and documents (e.g., INCSR, embassy cables).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate U.S. participation in international negotiations at international and regional levels.
• Prepare briefing materials, correspondence, and documents for negotiations and meetings.
• Support U.S. delegations to international anti-crime and counternarcotics meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for delegations with INL Front Office and US missions.
• Draft congressional testimony, speeches, and interagency documents per Department policies.
