Job summary

TJFACT is seeking a well-qualified International Negotiations Program Advisor to support the Department of State – INL/FO/IN in Washington, DC. This position is equivalent to a Program Advisor / Specialist Level 3 and involves coordinating U.S. participation in international negotiations, drafting briefing materials, and supporting U.S.

delegations during meetings. Required qualifications include active security clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and four to six years in related fields;

Qualifications

• Active security clearance is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of players, both orally and in writing.
• Experience drafting US government reports and documents (e.g., INCSR, embassy cables).
• Demonstrated knowledge of international narcotics, law enforcement, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate U.S. participation in international negotiations at the international and regional level.
• Prepare briefing materials and supporting documents for meetings and delegations.
• Provide logistics and administrative support for U.S. delegations to international meetings.
• Liaise with interagency partners and advise on stated policies and programs.
