Job summary

TJFACT seeks a well-qualified Program Advisor to support the Department of State – INL/RCD in Washington, DC. The position is equivalent to a Program Advisor / Specialist Level 3, recruited for a TPC proposal effort.

Employment offers contingent on contract award and successful pre-employment checks. Responsibilities include drafting memos, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring legal and procedural prerequisites are met.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to advise, guide and consult on analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support visa restrictions, sanctions, and rewards actions directed at high-level corrupt foreign officials and narcotraffickers.
• Analyze and improve knowledge of management processes related to visa restrictions and rewards.
• Draft analysis documents and memoranda for cases for senior leadership review.
• Research best practices to measure and improve customer service, workflows, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Legal and Consular Affairs to ensure prerequisites are met and resolve disagreements.
