Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 7.5-hour business workday but extended hours for events.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Strong focus and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to take and apply notes while learning.
• Taking initiative while asking questions and proposing answers.
• Positive attitude and communication skills.
• Timely responses to emails and JIRA queries.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and coordinate with team leaders.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day entry and maintenance of client and catalog data across territories/local offices.
• Create and maintain client accounts and works to ensure registration readiness.
• Learn and use data ingestion tools used by the copyright department.
• Support registration processes, protocols, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Jira-based workflows and project tracking.
• Assist with large-scale catalog updates and special projects.
• Organize and file reports, deliveries, and queries via email, Jira, and shared drives.
• Provide in-depth report tracking and feedback.
