You will work with the Data Team, use JIRA, and assist with large catalog updates, reports, and special projects; strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day entry and maintenance of international affiliate client and song data.
• Create and maintain client accounts and works, ensuring registration-ready status.
• Train and use the copyright department’s data tools and processes.
• Coordinate with registration processes and timelines.
• Collaborate with Atlassian JIRA platforms for deliveries and tracking.
• Assist with large-scale catalog updates and special projects.
• Process deliveries via JIRA to completion; organize and file reports and queries.
• Track data through reports and provide feedback.
