Sony Music Publishing is seeking a detail-oriented data coordinator to support the Data Team in Nashville. You will perform day-to-day entry and maintenance of international client and song data, ensuring registrations align with local rules and timelines.

This role uses Jira for project tracking and requires strong analytical skills, relational database experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will collaborate across departments and contribute to large catalog updates and ad-hoc

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite; Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day entry and maintenance of international client and song data.
• Create and maintain client accounts and works for registration.
• Learn and use copyright data tools in the department.
• Coordinate with registration processes and timelines.
• Engage with JIRA for deliveries and project tasks.
• Organize and file reports and deliveries across email, drives, and databases.
• Support ad-hoc projects and large catalog updates.
