Job summary

AIG’s Multinational Summer Intern program provides hands-on experience in a fast-moving, global insurance environment, with projects across underwriting, claims, legal, and operations during a 9-week internship.

Interns participate in instructor-led masterclasses, mentoring circles, networking events, and cross-border collaboration, with potential full-time Analyst opportunities after completion in July 2028.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2028 (unofficial transcript required upon application).
• Available for the complete Summer Internship Program from June 7 through August 6, 2027.
• Summer Intern positions are in-person opportunities, requiring interns to work in the office at least four days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of multinational insurance programs for clients operating across multiple countries and regions.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, legal, operations, and other teams across AIG’s global network to deliver coordinated insurance solutions.
• Assist in reviewing client needs, program structures, coverage requirements, and local market considerations.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to help ensure programs are implemented accurately and efficiently across jurisdictions.
