The American International Group, Inc. (AIG) invites you to join its Summer Intern program in the Actuarial department, where you will gain hands-on experience quantifying risk, pricing insurance, and reserving losses.

This 9-week program offers on-the-job learning, instructor-led masterclasses, mentoring circles, and networking events. Interns join a key business team and may progress toward the Analyst program in July 2028, with in-office work four days per week.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2028 (unofficial transcript required upon application).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and apply actuarial techniques to help quantify risk, price insurance products, and support loss reserving.
• Assist with actuarial analyses, models, forecasts, and reports that support business and financial decisions.
• Partner with experienced actuaries and teams across Finance, Claims, Operations, Risk Management, and other business areas.
• Communicate actuarial findings and analyses clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
