Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS is seeking an Aerospace Engineer to assist with repair development, support technical service requirements, tooling and procedures for MRO work scopes. You will work with MRO Technicians to support tooling and documentation needs and ensure compliance with FAR 145 regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor or Associate Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent) and 2+ years in the aerospace industry, with awareness of export control requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, from an accredited college or university, or A/P License, or equivalent Aviation MRO or Aviation Manufacturing work experience is required.
• 2+ years of Aerospace industry experience is required.
• Access to export-controlled technology requires U.S. Person status or government authorization.

Responsibilities

• Work with the internal team, partners and suppliers to resolve issues and support our customers.
• Support investigations for any issues related to MRAS repairs.
• Assist with Ground Support equipment development and product maintenance planning services which may include work away from station MRO work.
• Assist the internal team to maintain project cost & schedule requirements.
• Support the business as needed and as issues arise during inhouse or work away from station MRO work.
