Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS is seeking a Cost & Contracts Manager who will own long‑term supplier agreement strategies and lead multi‑year cost‑out initiatives. You will collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Finance to secure competitive pricing and ensure compliant documentation.

You will present recommendations to senior leadership, drive complex negotiations, and mentor a high‑performing sourcing team while aligning with MRAS and ST Engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in supply chain, purchasing, finance, contracts or related experience.
• Aerospace or industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• U.S. Person status required due to export-controlled technology; proof may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop long‑term supplier agreement strategies to maximize value and mitigate risks.
• Lead complex contract negotiations with domestic and global suppliers for pricing and performance.
• Drive multi‑year cost‑out initiatives, should‑cost analysis, and sourcing strategies impacting financials.
• Present commercial recommendations to senior leadership with robust analysis and modeling.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Finance to execute supplier transitions and contracts.
