Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS is seeking a procurement professional to manage the end-to-end purchase lifecycle for our expanding MRO business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure cost-effective, timely materials and optimize supplier performance.

The role requires 1–3 years in supply chain, purchasing, or sourcing, or 5+ years with a HS diploma, plus experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and aerospace knowledge. This is an on-site Maryland position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1–3 years’ relatable experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Sourcing; or 5+ years with a HS diploma.
• Export-controlled technology requires U.S. Person status or authorization; must provide status proof if hired.
• Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of aerospace components is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement life cycle of goods for growing MRO business unit.
• Assist lead Buyers with day-to-day functions and PO lifecycle.
• Define and administer supplier strategy for best value (cost, delivery, quality).
• Manage supplier relationships and delivery status commitments.
• Support sourcing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
