Job summary

Elanco Animal Health is seeking a Director of MQ Learning & Development to shape the strategic vision and roadmap for global MQ learning initiatives, driving operational excellence.

The role leads MQ L&D resources, translates business goals into scalable solutions, and advances digital delivery with LMS, AI, and new modalities while measuring impact with KPIs. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing with 4+ years in people management.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, EU GMP regulations.
• Fluent English; able to influence across functions and leadership levels.
• Experience delivering leadership training in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the network transformation to unify a global MQ learning strategy.
• Translate business goals into scalable learning solutions across sites.
• Drive the transformation of MQ’s learning ecosystem with digital delivery.
• Define design principles for effective learning across modalities.
• Apply adult learning theory and behavioural science for impact.
• Deliver digital innovations using LMS, AI, VR/AR, and adaptive learning.
• Establish metrics and KPIs; use dashboards to guide decisions.
