Job summary
Elanco is seeking a Director of MQ Learning & Development to shape and execute a global learning strategy across manufacturing and quality. You will lead a network of L&D resources, drive digital delivery and AI-enabled learning, and partner with site leaders to accelerate operational excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance.
You will oversee learning innovations, measurement of impact, and collaboration with business partners to enable reliable supply with integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
- 7+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing with 4+ years in management.
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory standards (FDA, USDA, EU GMP).
Responsibilities
- Lead network transformation to unified MQ learning strategy.
- Translate goals into scalable learning solutions and drive digital delivery.
- Define principles for compliant, effective learning experiences.
- Oversee LMS usage, AI, VR/AR, and other tools for impact.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure impact at multiple levels.
