Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Solutions and Integration in Scottsdale, AZ, to lead MOS transformation globally, overseeing post-merger integrations, data-driven operations, and cross-functional programs with US-Asia scope.

You will build roadmaps across MES, ERP, PLM, and data platforms, mentor global teams, and drive standardization, governance, and continuous improvement to elevate manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing operations or business ops leadership.
• Proven track record in M&A integration and large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience managing global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOS activities for acquired/divested entities, aligning with enterprise and manufacturing architecture.
• Develop and execute post-merger system and process harmonization roadmaps.
• Partner with IT, product engineering, planning, finance and operations to integrate MES, APS, ERP, and data platforms.
• Define the roadmap to transition MOS into a data-driven operating model and drive modern platforms adoption.
