Periscope Search Group is seeking an MES Director to lead the global digital manufacturing strategy from Richardson, TX. The role will own standard MES architecture across North American and European sites and manage governance, SOPs, and deployment templates to replace local customization with scalable builds.

Day‑to‑day, you will lead full‑lifecycle MES implementations, drive MES‑ERP/SAP convergence, and oversee manufacturing data architecture for analytics and quality tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own the global MES strategy and standard architecture across North America and Europe.
• Direct full‑lifecycle MES implementations across a multi‑site footprint and drive convergence with ERP/SAP, PLM, SCADA and PLC.
• Negotiate enterprise contracts and SLAs with cloud providers, foundation software vendors and systems integrators.
