Responsibilities

• Define and manage global product strategy and lifecycle for specialty gas delivery systems and precursor delivery equipment.
• Lead portfolio planning and develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with industry trends and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Quality across the product lifecycle.
• Develop technical sales collateral and training materials to support value-based selling.
• Lead New Product Introduction from concept through commercialization and market launch.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related technical discipline

Advanced degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related technical field
