TikTok is seeking a Monetization Strategy & Operations Associate for Global Accounts in New York. You will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Product and Legal to drive growth of TikTok's advertising business through rigorous analysis, policy shaping, and cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fast-paced strategy & operations roles.
• Advanced analytical skills with data gathering, cleaning and structuring.
• Strong problem solving and communication; translate data into insights for leadership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Systems and Product.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales partnering, strategy & operations to the global Amazon GBS team.
• Act as the thought partner to senior sales leaders and provide strategic direction.
• Help prioritize based on company objectives and influence global stakeholders.
• Identify revenue opportunities and translate into GTM levers through analysis.
• Manage business planning and ongoing reviews: forecasting and pipeline tracking.
• Partner with central teams to define and enforce sales & client policies.
• Craft incentive structures that drive specific sales behaviors.
• Identify deficiencies in processes & tools and implement solutions.
