QUICK USA, Inc. in New York seeks a bilingual Japanese-English Vice President, Global Mobility Manager to lead international assignment processes and strengthen global mobility operations across US and Tokyo HR teams, managers, assignees, and service providers.

The role requires 7–10 years in HR/global mobility, advanced Japanese, HRIS/payroll/ accounting/ tax knowledge, and a collaborative, confidentiality‑driven mindset. Hybrid work; salary range $125k–$155k; strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR/global mobility experience.
• Advanced Japanese language proficiency.
• Experience managing and coaching teams.
• HRIS, payroll, accounting and tax knowledge.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of global mobility: policies, allowances, payroll, benefits, taxes, immigration, and relocation.
• Liaise with senior leadership, assignees, local staff, managers, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Update policies and documents in collaboration with Tokyo GHR and regional teams.
• Oversee full lifecycle of international assignments including relocation and onboarding.
• Lead US Global Mobility team meetings and mentor career development.
• Manage external service providers for mobility payroll, tax, immigration, relocation, and benefits.
• Collaborate with Legal Department to manage immigration policies.
