Job summary

DCMA in New York seeks a bilingual Japanese-English Global Mobility Manager to lead international assignments, immigration, payroll, and related mobility programs.

You will partner with Tokyo HR, manage policies, supervise the US Mobility team, and coordinate with external providers while upholding compliance and confidentiality. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Advanced Japanese language proficiency.
• 7–10 years of HR/Global Mobility experience with international operations.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, accounting, and tax.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR/payroll applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Effective communication across all levels and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Manage global mobility policies, allowances, payroll, benefits, taxes, immigration, and relocation.
• Liaise with senior leadership, expats, local staff, managers, and stakeholders.
• Optimize Global Mobility operations with Tokyo GHR and regional teams.
• Oversee full lifecycle of international assignments: relocation, onboarding, payroll, tax.
• Lead US Global Mobility team; conduct regular meetings and career development.
• Manage external service providers on payroll, tax, immigration, relocation, benefits.
• Collaborate with Legal to manage immigration policies and procedures.
