Job summary

KPMG International Cooperative is seeking an Assistant Manager in Global Mobility Technology to help implement LINK Go for clients and translate mobility requirements into technical solutions. You will work with Tax, HR, and Global Mobility teams to deliver tech-enabled services and drive process improvements.

You will gather requirements, support proposals and demonstrations, and manage engagements with a focus on quality, scope, and client satisfaction across diverse stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems implementation, business analysis, or project management
• Knowledge of global mobility, employment taxes, or business traveller compliance
• Background in tax advisory, or working towards a professional tax/accounting qualification
• Experience working with Tax, HR, or Travel Management systems
• Familiarity with MS Project, MS Visio, Jira, or Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

• Understanding requirements and providing tax input into software implementation projects
• Contributing to product design and workflow development with tax considerations
• Managing client projects as technical SME to ensure on-time delivery
• Gathering and documenting technical/tax requirements precisely
• Supporting business development, client demos, and marketing of digital solutions
• Overseeing budgets, invoicing, and receivables for engagements
• Acting as day-to-day client contact for technology solutions
• Reviewing cost projection reports from a tax perspective
