Workday seeks an experienced Immigration Program Leader to manage end‑to‑end sponsorships for the Americas region. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Legal to align strategy with business goals while ensuring compliance across high‑volume programs.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools to automate processes, supervising external counsel, and driving policy execution in a fast‑paced, globally integrated team environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of U.S. immigration experience including hands‑on management of complex sponsorships.
• Experience with Canadian immigration programs and relevant regulatory knowledge.
• Demonstrated collaboration with HR, Legal and Talent Acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Americas immigration sponsorship end‑to‑end as primary contact for complex cases.
• Manage high‑volume programs including Remote Work, H‑1B, PERM, and wage determinations.
• Leverage AI tools to automate processes and improve program delivery.
• Monitor regulatory risk, provide data‑driven insights, and maintain policy documentation.
