Job summary

Samsung Electronics America in Plano, TX seeks a Global Mobility Team Lead to coordinate expat onboarding, housing support, and visa-related tasks onsite. You will liaise with NA SSC HR, manage onboarding/offboarding and data reporting, and improve the expatriate experience in a dynamic, global environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, on-site presence, and the ability to work independently within corporate policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of Korean business culture is a plus.
• Experience applying corporate policies at the individual level.
• Onsite customer-facing experience in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge services to expats for US onboarding and visa processes.
• Offer orientation and onboarding support, including housing arrangements.
• Coordinate year-round expatriate events and seminars.
• Maintain expat data, reporting, and communication with leadership.
• Coordinate wind-down and repatriation support as needed.
