Job summary

CEG is seeking an experienced International Global Mobility Manager to lead compliant mobilisation of workers across multiple countries for construction, infrastructure and energy projects. You will oversee end-to-end deployment, immigration, payroll, tax and labour compliance.

You will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, payroll providers, immigration specialists, legal and tax advisers, and authorities to ensure efficient, responsible mobilisations and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• At least five years of global mobility or international HR experience.
• Experience with construction, infrastructure or energy projects preferred.
• Knowledge of immigration, posted workers, social security and cross-border employment.
• Ability to manage multiple countries and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-border workforce mobilisation projects from planning to deployment.
• Coordinate work permits, visas and right-to-work checks with specialists.
• Oversee employment, payroll and tax workstreams and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clients with updates, compliance reporting and escalation as needed.
• Develop scalable mobility processes and client guidance.
