EY is seeking a seasoned expatriate tax and global mobility leader to manage cross-border projects for high-net-worth clients and corporate mobility programs. You will oversee a high-performing team, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements from assignment initiation through repatriation.

The role requires 7+ years in global mobility/tax, deep knowledge of US federal/state rules, tax treaties, and totalization agreements, plus strong program management and client advisory skills.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in global mobility/expatriate tax or international assignment services.
• Deep knowledge of US federal/state tax rules, tax treaties, and totalization.
• Experience reviewing returns, equalization, gross-ups, and mobility cost projections.
• Strong program/project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• CPA and/or EA credentials preferred; master's degree may be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Oversee equity reporting and CoC administration; drive process improvements across assignments.
• Review and sign US tax returns for HNW individuals and expatriates with accuracy and compliance.
• Provide expatriate tax advisory including planning, gross-ups, estimates, and cost projections.
• Represent clients before tax authorities and sign correspondence when engaged as representative.
• Educate stakeholders with trainings on taxation of foreign nationals, residency rules, and treaties.
• Advise on relocation policies and tax-efficient approaches; research treaties to support positions.
