Faraday Future seeks an HR Operations Specialist to own its immigration and global mobility programs in the United States, managing visa processing, relocation coordination, onboarding, and compliance for domestic and international moves.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Legal to implement program improvements, ensure timely documentation, and train leaders on immigration policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience administering employment-based immigration programs and/or global mobility programs
• Knowledge of Form I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and employment eligibility requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience coordinating domestic and international employee relocation programs

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the immigration program for global transfers and assignments.
• Own the team that supports global mobility, visa processing, programs, and policies.
• Coordinate with HRBP, HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, and legal to support new hires and transfers.
• Manage US and global immigration programs, including sponsorship and compliance enhancements.
• Coordinate relocation & immigration program monitoring and tracking.
