Job summary

Faraday Future is seeking an HR Business Partner with around two years of HR experience to provide day-to-day HR support for designated business groups. You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent management, and team development, while leading employee relations and driving performance management.

You will deliver HR programs, use analytics for decision making, and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven success in a business partner or generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
• Prior experience supporting business groups in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned business units, providing strategic and operational HR support.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent management, and team development.
• Lead and manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
• Deliver HR programs such as talent reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and career development planning.
• Use data and analytics to provide insights and support evidence-based decision making.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR solutions that meet business needs.
• Champion company values and support a positive, diverse, inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and HR best practices.
