RTX is seeking a seasoned immigration leader for a remote U.S.-based role to oversee regional immigration strategy, compliance, and governance across the Americas. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Tax, Global Security, and HR to drive compliant pathways and optimize processes.

The role requires expertise in global mobility, complex case handling, and program management to support RTX’s international talent deployment and business expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global/regional compliance programs and complex case strategy.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational guidance.
• Strong project management skills to deliver complex immigration initiatives.
• Experience in immigration and work authorization compliance across local hires, assignments, relocations, and travel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee immigration strategy, processes, and policies to ensure regional compliance for a defined geographic region.
• Manage and resolve complex immigration escalations.
• Drive continuous process improvement with providers to streamline service delivery in the region.
• Develop and deliver training to employees and stakeholders on immigration requirements.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and HR to establish compliant immigration pathways.
