This role focuses on coordinating sponsorships, maintaining records, and ensuring timely renewals while staying current on employment laws; you will help build a collaborative, confidential HR service within a national construction company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR/immigration admin or mobility experience.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employment-based immigration processes, including visa sponsorships and new case initiation.
• Serve as a key contact for immigration-related matters to internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate employee relocations and international transfers to the U.S., coordinating with employees and the relocation vendor.
