Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Global Mobility, International Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive immigration, mobility, relocation, or international HR experience.
• Strong communication, consultation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience partnering with immigration counsel, relocation providers, visa agents, and cross-functional teams.
• Multi-country mobility experience and proficiency with an HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage immigration and mobility cases across North America, the Middle East, and other international markets.
• Oversee documentation, work authorization, deadlines, employee follow-up, and risk escalation.
• Coordinate immigration counsel, relocation providers, visa agents, Legal, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Benefits, Travel, and business leaders.
• Oversee centralized mobility tracking and reporting for case volumes, expirations, relocations, and vendor spend.
• Develop and improve scalable mobility processes across jurisdictions as business needs evolve.
