Epic is seeking a compensation and stock programs lead to manage our international compensation initiatives and stock processing. You will collaborate with leaders and executives to identify creative solutions, analyze country-specific considerations, and support domestic projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will excel at process improvement, have strong communication skills, and be able to simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven history of academic and professional success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong Excel skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation and stock processing for staff located internationally.
