Epic is seeking a seasoned compensation and stock programs professional to collaborate with leaders across the organization. Based on our campus outside Madison, WI, this role manages international compensation programs and supports staff worldwide, with relocation assistance provided.

You will work with executives to identify creative solutions, improve processes, and ensure accurate processing of compensation and stock activities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing compensation and stock programs.
• Experience with international compensation.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with executives and stakeholders.
• Relocation to Madison, Wisconsin may be required.
