Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)

Responsibilities

• Manage the compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally
• Analyze country-specific considerations and optimize international compensation programs
• Partner with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs
• Assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed
