Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. seeks a Mobile Training Team Specialist to provide strategic operational support for the HSCET program under USU/NIDHC.

The role oversees end-to-end lifecycle management of international mobile training engagements, serving as primary NIDHC contact from mission preparation through closeout. The position requires coordinating travel, logistics, and field support while ensuring compliance with DoD and interagency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience minimum.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1 Public Trust background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated NIDHC point of contact for each training.
• Travel with training teams to manage in-country requirements and field needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics: APACS, passports/visas, flights and hotel blocks.
• Procure, pack, inventory, and ship medical mission supplies and equipment to field sites.
• Maintain instructor and student records in compliance with IMET/FMF/S333 regulations and security mandates.
• Translate course materials into target languages when required.
• Communicate daily situation reports and escalate critical needs to leadership.
• Close out missions with debriefings, lessons learned, and longitudinal metrics.
