(HJF) seeks a Military Behavioral Health Psychologist to serve as SME for the CDP, focusing on dissemination and implementation of evidence-based practices across the Military Health System, based in Bethesda, MD. You will develop and deliver online and in-person trainings, lead curriculum efforts, and provide consultation to military and civilian providers to ensure culturally competent, effective care for service

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree required, preferably within Psychology or Sociology.
• Active licensure.
• Experience delivering professional presentations to adult learners including curriculum development for adult continuing education.
• Subject matter expertise in EBPs and military behavioral health.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1/Public Trust background check.

Aufgaben

• Serves as an evidence-based psychotherapy (EBP) subject matter expert for the TAO project and across the Consortium, contributing where needed.
• Develops and delivers presentations, workshops, and curriculum-based learning tools in online and in-person formats, including multi-day EBP workshops.
• Creates and provides consultation services to military and civilian behavioral health providers trained by CDP for continued learning support and fidelity to EBPs.
• Ensures workshops and materials are updated via literature reviews and expert input; coordinates with military and civilian experts to update education materials.
• Seves as an active member and/or lead on Consortium-level special interest groups and assists with projects/programs.
• Contributes to CDP's blogs, podcasts, videos, and other educational activities.
• Prepares scholarly manuscripts for publication and presents at conferences to disseminate Consortium work.
• May perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
