Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) seeks a Mobile Training Team Specialist to provide strategic operational support for the HSCET program serving USU and NIDHC.

The role oversees end-to-end administrative and logistical lifecycles for international mobile training engagements within HSCET, working under the Senior MTT Specialist and leadership as the primary NIDHC contact from preparation through post-mission closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1 Public Trust background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated NIDHC point of contact and administrative lead for training.
• Travel as field admin asset with deployments to handle in-country requirements.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members to meet mission requirements and schedule milestones.
• Manage end-to-end travel logistics: APACS, passports/visas, flights, hotel blocks.
• Procure, pack, inventory, and ship medical mission supplies to field sites.
• Submit and track training-related costs and monitor financial transactions under supervision.
• Maintain instructor and student records in compliance with IMET/FMF/S333 regulations.
• Coordinate translation of course materials when needed.
• Manage real-time mission communications and distribute daily situation reports.
• Escalate critical needs to Senior MTT Specialist and leadership.
• Close out missions with debriefings, lessons learned, and longitudinal metrics.
