Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine is seeking an Education Coordinator to perform a broad range of administrative tasks and support the CDP in Bethesda, MD.

The role includes creating multimedia resources, coordinating training events and ensuring CE documentation is completed for attendees. You will assist with content creation, scheduling, and reporting while providing excellent customer service to stakeholders involved in military behavioral health

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience supporting continuing education documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, minutes and correspondence.
• Create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and managing training events.
• Prepare documentation for continuing education certification for training events.
• Provide technical support to training event attendees.
• Produce CE certifications and related documentation after events.
• Deliver reporting data for quarterly, annual, and other reports.
• Assist with creation and publication of digital publications, videos and podcasts.
• Assist with social media content creation (posts, reels, stories, captions).
• Attend required training and perform other duties as assigned.
