The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. is seeking an Education Coordinator to perform wide administrative duties for a department, supporting design and creation of multimedia resources.

This role supports CDP in Bethesda, MD, delivering high-quality training and education for military clinicians and providers. Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong communication, customer service, and technical skills

Qualifications

Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3–5 years of experience in education support or administration.

Responsibilities

Prepare reports, meeting minutes and correspondence.
Create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
Assist in scheduling, staffing, and managing training events.
Prepare documentation for continuing education certification for training events.
Provide technical support to training event attendees.
After training, ensure CE credits and certifications are met.
Provide customer service to training attendees, faculty, and others.
Prepare and provide reporting data for quarterly and annual reports.
Assist with creation and publishing of digital publications and multimedia content.
Assist with creation of long form and short form videos.
Assist with social media content creation.
