Netflix is seeking a Coordinator for its US and Canada Minors, Immigration & Diligence (MInD) team within the Studio Affairs legal team. This role provides administrative support related to legal documents and immigration processes, primarily focused on the US, Canada, and Australia.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification and possesses 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field. This full-time hourly position is based in Los Angeles, CA with a pay range of $58.65 - $81.73 per hour, along with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience within a studio, production company, or legal sector.
• Experience with immigration processes in the US, Canada, and/or Australia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Directors/Counsels based on legal documents.
• Create and maintain templates to improve workflow efficiency.
• Support team in monitoring status of pending cases.
• Maintain files and trackers for visa and permit expirations.
• Conduct legal research regarding immigration.
