Job summary

Netflix in Los Angeles seeks a Coordinator to support Kids & Teen Live-Action and Licensing, coordinating deals, production pipelines and cross-functional operations. You will manage deal setups, track launches, onboard partners, and assist with calendars while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication across Legal, Marketing, Finance and Content teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage deal setup and track second-run licensing deals.
• Prepare and send contract amendments for review and signature.
• Lead cross-functional alignment for title launches across Rights, Ops, Marketing, Finance, Legal.
• Own title tracking, launch scheduling, asset delivery, and calendar management.
• Conduct rights checks for special launches.
• Onboard content partners into internal Licensing and Live Action systems.
• Support newsletters by adding titles and completing title clearance.
• Read scripts, track notes, watch cuts, and log feedback.
• Log and upload pitch materials to internal tracking systems.
• Manage deals, slate pages, and content tracking for Live-Action titles.
• Assign episode identifiers and draft greenlight memos.
• Coordinate Writers Room, start of production, and launch gifting.
• Maintain production tracker updates: status grids, logs, schedules.
• Coordinate key meetings with agenda and follow-up notes.
• Handle ad hoc partner requests: payment schedules, press releases.
• Update presentations and budget/cost docs for finance.
• Track consumer product royalties; support book design and YouTube research.
• Identify AI-driven efficiencies across team workflows
