Job summary

ANZ is seeking an Analyst for Front Office Support in New York. You will manage post-trade lifecycle activities, ensuring accurate trade capture, reporting, and adherence to controls. You’ll partner with Sales, Trading and operations to resolve trade-related queries and support system enhancements.

Ideal candidates have Global Markets knowledge, Excel/VBA proficiency, strong analytical skills and a proactive, highly organised approach to risk and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Global Markets products (FX, Rates, Credit, Money Markets).
• Understanding of trade lifecycle processes and controls.
• Experience with Excel-based reporting and VBA tooling.
• Ability to analyse complex datasets and provide practical solutions.
• Exposure to UAT, system enhancements and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-trade lifecycle activities to ensure accurate trade capture and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve trade-related queries with Sales, Trading, and support teams.
• Support UAT for system enhancements and new product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations and enablement functions to resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
