Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Lead to deliver scalable, secure Dynamics 365 solutions across its global CRM landscape. You will own solution design, guide cross-functional teams, and drive data migration and integration for ERP integration and M&A initiatives.

You will partner with Enterprise Architecture and Analytics to ensure compliance with standards, SDLC, and a cloud-first, out-of-the-box approach while shaping a forward-looking Dynamics roadmap.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience delivering global enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle implementations (design, build, test, deploy).
• Strong knowledge across Dynamics modules (Customer Engagement, Power Platform).
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics architecture and customization frameworks.
• Experience leading distributed technical teams and managing system integrators/external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics solutions across the global firm.
• Own solution design and ensure scalable, compliant architectures.
• Direct configuration, development, extensions, integrations, and reporting across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Serve as the firm’s senior technical advisor and SME for Microsoft Dynamics, including roadmap evolution.
• Define and lead integration efforts between Dynamics and the firm’s ERP system.
• Architect and oversee M&A onboarding solutions including data migration frameworks and integration patterns.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to align Dynamics with standards and patterns.
• Oversee integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures across enterprise platforms.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC standards, testing, release, and deployment management.
• Lead testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain and execute against a rolling Dynamics capability roadmap.
