Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, CRM Acquisition Integration Lead to join the Customer Platforms team. You will lead assessment, planning, and governance of CRM integration for acquired firms, partnering with acquisition leadership and enterprise architecture.

This role defines onboarding roadmaps, ensures alignment to CRM standards, data models, and governance. You will mentor junior BAs and collaborate with platform owners to deliver scalable CRM solutions. Hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of CRM data models (Accounts, Contacts, Relationships, Opportunities, Activities).
• Experience leading CRM assessments, due diligence, and acquisition integrations.
• Knowledge of CRM data migration, data mapping, cleansing, and governance practices.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and data synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM discovery and assessment workshops with newly acquired firms.
• Evaluate CRM platforms, sales processes, client management practices, and supporting technologies.
• Document current-state business processes, integrations, data models, and operating practices.
• Assess CRM maturity, integration complexity, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop acquisition readiness recommendations for executive leadership.
• Serve as the primary acquisition integration partner to the Customer Platforms Leader.
• Drive the professional development of junior Business Analysts through coaching and knowledge transfer.
