Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a working manager to lead the team responsible for Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI agent enablement, and related digital workplace platforms. This role blends people leadership with hands-on tenant administration, governance, and roadmap direction to drive adoption and service health across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

You will manage, coach, and develop staff, own the digital workplace strategy and lifecycle plans, and partner across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field.
8+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365, digital workplace, collaboration platforms, Microsoft Copilot, AI agent enablement, enterprise architecture, or technology operations.
3+ years of formal people-management or equivalent leadership experience.
Experience defining reference architectures and enabling Copilot/AI adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead the team responsible for Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI agent enablement, and related digital workplace platforms.
Own strategy, roadmap, governance, and adoption outcomes for Microsoft 365 and related services.
Oversee tenant administration, service health, and automation across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
Provide hands-on review for tenant configuration, Copilot readiness, and escalation support for incidents.
Establish standards for collaboration, automation, and lifecycle management in the digital workplace.
Partner across teams to enable governed adoption of digital workplace capabilities.
Guide multi-quarter programs, vendor relationships, and architecture standards.
