Qualifications

15+ years of experience designing power-intensive architectures for energy applications.
5+ years in a global leadership role.
MS in Electrical Engineering (Ph.D. preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead a global team of domain-specific architects toward a unified end-to-end solution architecture.
Set clear goals, articulate expectations, and ensure alignment across global teams and organizational boundaries.
Foster a collaborative culture focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, global leadership, and business development teams to achieve exceptional business outcomes.
