• 15+ years of experience designing power-intensive architectures for energy applications.
• 5+ years in a global leadership role.
• MS in Electrical Engineering (Ph.D. preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
