Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Category Manager for MHE Lifecycle services, spanning End-Of-Life, Spare Parts, Hotline and Aftersales Support. You will manage global supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost optimization across NA, INTL, APAC, MENA, LATAM regions.

Role requires strong program management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with RME teams to optimize OPEX for Amazon operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Establish category sourcing strategies, lead cross-functional sourcing teams and negotiate contracts.
• Drive relationships with category suppliers to optimize cost of ownership.
• Manage suppliers to identify and optimize opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence to stakeholders and anticipate strategic opportunities.
• Lead supplier relationship management to mitigate risk and improve performance.
