Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a MES Business System Owner to lead the global MES template, coordinate SMEs, and drive deployments across multiple sites. You will ensure governance, validation, and change management align with CSV and Quality standards.

The role requires extensive MES experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication in a global, matrix environment. Hybrid work locations include multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum of 12 years of business experience with at least 5 years of leading projects in the supply chain or IT manufacturing space.
• Experience working with MES systems (AVEVA Model Driven MES preferred) as a consultant/system integrator, preferably in life sciences or chemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Review, own and approve the capabilities implemented in the MES template.
• Support the execution of global MES projects and deployments to ensure template standards are met.
• Ensure the implementation process adheres to best practices and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with System Integrator project managers and local site leads to address technical challenges and identify solutions.
• Collect insights and lessons learned from project implementations to enhance MES governance.
• Support change management initiatives in collaboration with the Global Change Management lead.
• Define or adjust the MES validation strategy in line with CSV and Quality to ensure data integrity and patient safety.
