Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a MES Business System Owner to lead the global MES template, coordinate SMEs, and drive deployments across multiple sites. You will ensure governance, validation, and change management align with CSV and Quality standards.

The role requires extensive MES experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication in a global, matrix environment. Hybrid work locations include multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum of 12 years of business experience with at least 5 years of leading projects in the supply chain or IT manufacturing space.
• Experience working with MES systems (AVEVA Model Driven MES preferred) as a consultant/system integrator, preferably in life sciences or chemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Review, own and approve the capabilities implemented in the MES template.
• Support the execution of global MES projects and deployments to ensure template standards are met.
• Ensure the implementation process adheres to best practices and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with System Integrator project managers and local site leads to address technical challenges and identify solutions.
• Collect insights and lessons learned from project implementations to enhance MES governance.
• Support change management initiatives in collaboration with the Global Change Management lead.
• Define or adjust the MES validation strategy in line with CSV and Quality to ensure data integrity and patient safety.

What You Will Do

The MES Business Assset Owner is responsible of owning the global MES template ensuring the system satifies all relevant business needs and it’s fit for intended use. The person in this role will coordinate a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to: support the End to End MES template creation, support MES deployments, manage the MES change control process.

• Review, own and approve the capabilities implemented in the MES template
• Support the execution of global MES projects and deployments with the objective of ensuring template standards are met and new modifications are properly evaluated and implemented.
• Eunsure the implementation process, adhers to best practices and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with System Integrator project managers and local site leads to address technical challenges and idenfity solutions that effectively address business needs
• Collect insights and lessons learned from project implementations to enhance MES governance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Support change management initiatives in collaboration with the Global Change Management lead.
• Work on defining and or changing, when needed, the MES validation strategy in accordance with CSV and Quality, ensuring Data integrity and patient safety.

Required Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Minimum of 12 years of business experience with at least 5 years of leadings project in the supply chain or IT manufacturing space
• Experience working with MES systems (AVEVA Model Driven MES experience is a plus) as a consultant/system integrator, preferably in the life sciences or chemical industry.
• Possesses excellent communication, motivation, team building, employee involvement, diplomacy, delegating skills, as well as confidence and enthusiasm
• Strategic planning and disruptive thinking. Agile and entrepreneurial mindset
• Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
• Ability to collaborate within and across companies, cultures, functions, and geographies to lead change and action
• Fluent in English

Desired Qualifications

• Specific Project Management documented training (PMP certification is a plus)
• Experience working in a consumer goods or pharmaceutical supply chain environment is preferred.
• Experience in global consultancy and corporate environment managing and coordinating large teams in matrix organization is preferred
