Job summary

CGP is seeking a MES Director to own the global digital manufacturing strategy, standard architecture, and governance across North American and European sites. You will drive convergence of MES with ERP/SAP, PLM and automation layers, while owning the data architecture that feeds advanced analytics and quality tracking.

You will lead a geographically distributed team of MES engineers, PMs and business analysts, navigating time zones and stakeholder alignment to promote the standard across

Qualifications

• 15+ years in digital factory environments.
• 7+ leading multi-site, multi-country deployments.
• Experience with CapEx ownership and large travel (25-35%).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global MES strategy and standard architecture across NA and Europe.
• Converge MES with ERP/SAP, PLM, SCADA and PLC automation layers.
• Own manufacturing data architecture for analytics, predictive maintenance and quality tracking.
• Negotiate enterprise contracts and SLAs with cloud providers, vendors and integrators.
• Lead a geographically dispersed team of MES engineers, PMs and business analysts.
• Align plant managers and executives on the value of the standard.
